Technical Project Manager
Salary range CNY240K-CNY360K +bonus
Location: Jingan District, Shanghai, China

Job Description:
Technical project manager responsible for managing multiple lines of business during transition between data centers. Project manager will be responsible managing infrastructure-based engagements including data center consolidation, network transformation, server migrations, end user application deployments and others. The project manager will work within a defined framework, involving all technical groups as appropriate. The project manager will also manage business and technology stakeholder communications and coordinate activities handled by project participants who are working on other programs at the same time. 

Required skills:

1. Experience leading infrastructure transformations, migrations and deployments in a shared services group
   
2. Knowledgeable in related technology areas including: Unix-based application systems, Microsoft-based application systems, databases, networking, storage, end-user systems, IP services
   
3. Superior communication skills
   
4. Ability to translate technical requirements and solutions into business language
   
5. Skills to work with business stakeholders to understand application lifecycle planning and document objectives and requirements.
   
6. Adept at prioritizing requirements and defining scope to meet market needs in a timely manner given available resources
   
7. Experience developing, maintaining and distributing (as appropriate) standard project management deliverables for the successful migration of applications including: requirements, migration plan, project schedule, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies
   
8. Ability to partner with service desk and operations teams to create support and transition plans
   
9. Demonstrable competency anticipating problems and complications, and formulating solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project

BROCENT Hong Kong are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Desktop Support Technician for a full time engagement based in Hong Kong. My client, a large France based IT Solutions Company is looking for talented and enthusiastic IT professionals who are looking to develop their IT experience in a customer facing support environment. 

Responsibilities within first line support include:

* Providing 1st line technical support for hardware and software issues
* Evaluating customer requirements and offering relevant support or escalation
* Ensure all tickets are dealt with in a timely manner 
* Working to my clients SLA's to resolve technical issues minimising business impact
* Have a professional and thorough approach to support through regular client updates.

Knowledge of the following:

1. Desktop PC's and Operating systems (Windows XP / Windows 7)
   
2. Networking and firewalls
   
3. Server support - in particular Small Business Server 2003/8 and server 2003/8, Exchange 2003/7/10
   
4. Anti-virus software and Network Security
